" The physician made me feel comfortable with his initial consult/interview regarding a colonoscopy, and the group's staff was exceptionally helpful with scheduling and explaining the needed prep for the colonoscopy. The group's staff made me feel comfortable before the colonoscopy, and we had to wait for the physician to arrive and started 15 minutes later than scheduled, however, the physician works at other centers, and the 15 minutes did not impede my day or worsen the experience. I was most impressed that the group was able to schedule me into a spot that was canceled so I had the colonoscopy the day after the initial interview with no problems even providing me with the needed bowel prep med and thorough directions."

" Because of COVID_19 I was terrified to undergo this procedure. Dr. Bemanian was very patient right from the start, listened to my concerns (repeatedly) and provided me with excellent information. Paritash in the front office was also invariably kind and helpful, especially with problems with accessing the patient portal and the telemedicine link. She actually told me she would pray for me today which was the kindest thing ever! The schedulers were also very helpful and patient, answered all my questions, and clarified my confusion. The staff at the endoscopic center were professional and helpful. They were all properly masked, kept physical distance when possible, and even let me wait outside until the actual procedure. The admitting person, Desiree, was beyond nice, warm, and friendly. The nurses who roomed me and inserted the IV were considerate and gentle. Dr. Kan the anesthesiologist was informative and knowledgeable. Right before the procedure, Dr. Bemanian, although I'm sure he was very busy, took the time to (again) answer my questions, reassure me about the possible diagnoses, and gvve me a clear plan for next steps. Throughout the entire experience, despite the masks and face shields, I felt seen as a person. What could have been a really distressing afternoon ended up with me feeling protected and cared for. Thank you!"

" Everything went well. Everyone was nice and had a good attitude. Not quite as much anesthesia as my last test, I could hear talking the entire time and felt the procedure ( that hurt a bit). " Dr. Lee and all support staff were great. The people who prepped me and took care of me all did an efficient job, and all showed that they cared. The only weak point was that the anesthesiologist was late, causing me to wait, and the procedure to begin at 12:40 instead of the scheduled 12:00. But everything that Dr. Lee and the rest of the staff provided went very well. The prep areas were a little loud and like a mass production line, but I guess that can be expected in corporate medicine in 2020. Overall, though, happy with the experience. "

" Everything to do with the procedure went as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.I also must say that all precautions were taken to ensure a clean and sterile environment and I felt secure that the establishment was very well run. The administrative and support staff were lovely. They explained every step of the process so I felt comfortable. i felt confident that I was in good hands. Everyone in the pre-op area was extremely attentive and helpful. Specifically mention Hayley, Giselle and Emma, and Jose. Again each one very knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Lee was comforting and easy going. My only concerns are how to connect with the Dr. for follow-up questions. The office was less than forthright about the next stage. I'm hoping it's just the holiday weekend that is causing the breakdown in communication.Procedures save lives. It's important to undergo them. Dr. Lee's practice is a place where it can be done in the best manner possible. "

 " I wrote down my appointment time as 7:00 am. I received a call from the surgery center telling me that my appointment time was 6:30. By the time I arrived, it was about 7:15. So I was VERY late. Everyone that I had contact with was quick and very efficient. I apologize for being late and do appreciate that everyone was worked quickly to accommodate me and those patients who followed, not to mention the doctor. Thank you for the excellent treatment and care and the follow up phone call. "
